Genetic Counseling
Genetic counseling is a service designed to provide information to individuals with a genetic disorder or congenital anomaly, family members of such individuals, or those at risk of having a child with a genetic condition.
At our center, genetic counseling is provided by our team of genetic specialists. The service includes guidance on diagnostic tests, disease progression, recurrence risks, quality of life considerations, available treatments (if any), and other possible solutions.

Indications for Genetic Counseling
Presence of a genetic or hereditary disease or carrier status
Having a child or children with a genetic disorder
Recurrent pregnancy losses
Exposure to a teratogenic agent
Advanced maternal age (≥35 years)
Consanguinity (related parents)
Infertility
Detection of a fetal abnormality during pregnancy
